Adriana Fenelon

"Hola!, how are you? I'm Adriana Fenelon. I studied fashion design in Guadalajara, the city where I was born. I've always felt a need to create something different, and for that reason, I find myself always searching for my roots.

"To complement this, I bean to take painting classes. My teacher gave me some sculptor's wax and that was the turning point in my life. I began to create jewelry. It was a true encounter through wax and metal.

"The wax takes shape to later materialize in silver through the lost wax technique. The piece is then polished, and I apply an oxidized finish with potassium sulfate if the design requires it.

"All my knowledge has simply come to me over time with practice and, through the search for my origins, and by experimenting with different techniques, I have been able to create a number of collections.

"When I feel the wax in my hands and its plasticity, a series of emotions begin to flow through me that transform the wax into a palpable emotion."
