Pravesh Ratn

"Hi, friends. I am Pravesh Ratn and I was born and brought up in Uttar Pradesh. Ours is a small town but now the government has declared it a city. Our town is famous for many things, including metal art and work, as well for a delicious sweet dish. They say no Indian meal is complete without a sweet dish. So, we really enjoy it by simply ignoring the calories!

"My initiation into this profession came from my father, as he started a small workshop 20 years ago. He was practicing law at that time, and took up this field as hobby. He started a small manufacturing unit of metal sculptures, lamps and vases.

"I opened a second family workshop in 2003, and the response to our products has been so good, we were able to develop different product ranges. The latest one features the combination of glass with metal, and it has been greatly received by our esteemed customers.

"Demand for our products has grown so much, that our family enterprise now includes a team of expert artisans. We all work together to create original and amazing products, and we have exhibited our work in different parts of India including Mumbai, Delhi and Chandigarh.
