Giovanna Paola Larnia is a self-taught jewelry designer who has developed her own style based on the pre-Inca Tallanes and Vicus cultures.
She has spent most of her time developing new designs, in planning for a future exhibit of her works. Larnia prefers 0.950 rating silver, creating elegant filigree with simple tools. Eventually, she intends to add precious stones to her designs.
"I want to continue demonstrating beauty and warmth in silver, my legacy from this land blessed with richness," she says. "I find a special satisfaction in designing jewelry and hope you will enjoy wearing it."
2008 update from Giovanna:
¨I'm very proud to be part of Novica´s family. The Novica team's human quality and the job we have done together during these years have helped me to grow up, and have enriched me. I was one of Novica's youngest artists, beginning at age 19 four years ago. The results defy my imagination! I owe a big part of myself to Novica. My income has multiplied three times, and these days I work with two more people. I have become so successful that I have been able to travel to foreign countries, to open my mind. I am happy, having achieved already more than I was expecting to, and I hope to continue growing up with Novica, a company that I admire."
