Steel statuette, 'Torso'

Marco Floríndez creates a powerful sculpture, capturing the strength of the male body. "The idea came from a triangular piece of metal that I shaped into a torso. I liked it so much that I didn't want the body's extremities to detract from the central message. To defy gravity, I posed my subject on one leg," the Andean artist says.
